Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY 

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

  • If you are find that the color of makeup is not right for you, OR if a piece of clothing is the wrong size, create a return request from your account. We do understand how difficult it can be to purchase makeup products and clothing online.

  • If you need to replace the item with a different color or size, place a new order and we will refund you for the return as soon as we receive it.

  • If a mistake is made on our part, you will be refunded with no return necessary

  • All other products are cannot be returned if opened.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Find the order under "Orders" in the My Account menu

  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

  4. Select a reason and complete the process.

  5. You will receive an authorization email with instructions.

  6. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

RETURNS WINDOW

  • Return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
  • We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Most of the time if our error, you will not need to return the item(s). 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks (most of the time sooner). 
This time period includes:

  • the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
  • the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
  • the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING

  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
  • There are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
  • Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
  • To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
